Dark Elves:

Characteristics:

-The Dark Elves where almost extinguished in the past
-The had a considerable military force before that, and waged war against many factions.
-They are told to have an aggressive character and many believe, that they are blood-thirsty by nature.
-After they where defeated and lost land and home, the remaining Dark Elves were hunted and sold into slavery.
-Slavers became the most hated Enemy of the Dark Elves, despite the fact that they enslaved other races in their good times.
-Today some small groups of them live quietly, far away from any society.
-Others joined rebellious groups, that fight against slavers, and authorities that support them.
-Their fighting stile is brutal and bloody, and they have adopted the dark magic. Though, most of that knowledge is lost, and there are few who mastered what remained.

Religion:

The Dark Elves believe in an god-like entity called "Sargóroth". As they see blood as the very essence of live, every bloodshed is considered as offering to Sargóroth, which makes him stronger. Sargoroth is told to favor the ones who shed blood, and grants them succession in their lives. Once Sargoroth grows strong enough, he is said to come to the world of the living, and drawn the weak ones in blood, so only the strong will survive

Stats:

Can come in almost different variations.
Since Dark elves mostly face a lot of hard times during their live, they naturally grow tougher and stronger. But aside from that, their potential does not differ much from humans.

Skills:

Are able to learn and master a very high variety of all kind of skills.
