Compendium - Dark Hope

Organization:

Dark Hope

Characteristics:

- "Dark Hope" is the name of a well organized group that dedicated itself to the fight against slavery.
- It was founded by-, and consists mostly of Dark-Elves.
- During an event known as "The cleaning", where the Great Empire decided to clean the land of races they see as inferior to themselves, the Dark Elves stopped existing as a country. This is when the resistance was born.
- The initial Group consisted of 5 fearsome fighters who caused a lot of losses to the empire due to their precise striking, and assassination of important figures. This is when they got their name of "Five Swords"
- After their final strike, where they rescued "Princess So'cral" the last surviving member of their nobles (who later became their leader), they retreated into the wilderness to regroup and plan for their future.
- For the last 30 years since then their numbers grew significantly and counts now over 200 active members.
- Their hatred for slavery did not vanish and remained their main task over the years. They rescued probably thousands of slaves of all kind of different races, which is their main source of new members.
- Their ultimate goal is a rebirth of their civilization, which is why the rescue of Dark Elvin slaves always have priority over everything else.

Religion:

The Dark Elves worship a goddess known as: "The mother of shadows" or "Dark Mother". They believe that the only way for something to grow big and strong enough is to stay hidden in the shadows. And this is where the Dark mother grants its protection.

Skills:

Dark-Elves are distant relatives of the High Elves, which grants them their great talent for Magic, and a natural ability to communicate with spiritual beings. They are further known for their high skill with shadow magic. They are not very skilled in other elemental Magic branches, but are still able to learn it with enough dedication.

That aside, they are free to learn every kind of fighting skills.
